Join us for a meditative cacao ceremony and sound healing experience at Cottonwood Urban Farm. Araceli will guide the group through a "Creating Balance through Cacao" ceremony, featuring light movement and live meditative music. This workshop will be offered in English and Spanish.
About the presenter: Araceli Contreras, is an indigenous woman from Mexico City who is committed to keeping traditions alive through facilitating Aztec dance, prehispanic sound healing traditions, restorative yoga, cacao ceremonies and more.
